On Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at approximately 0617 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided infant inside of 3642 Holland Avenue, Apt. 8, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 1-month-old male infant, unconscious and unresponsive, within the apartment.
EMS responded to the location and transported the aided child to Montefiore North Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the above-listed incident has been deemed a homicide and a 27-year-old male individual was arrested in regard to this incident.

Charges:
- murder 2;
- manslaughter;
- reckless endangerment 1;
- act in a manner injurous to a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
