Some residents in Mount Eden took their landlord to court today for alleged housing violations.
Tenants at 1505 Townsend Avenue say that for years they have had to deal with mold and inconsistent heat and hot water.
They say that because of their recent court action, a few repairs have been made, but not enough.
Tenants say the building is rent-controlled, and they feel like the landlord neglects them because of the low rent they pay.
