On Friday, July 30, 2021, at approximately 1858 hours, police responded to a call of an assault at 808 E. 227th Street, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 35-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to his body, lying unconscious and unresponsive in front of the location.
EMS responded and transported the victim to Montifiore Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 29-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed incident.
Bronx, NY 10475
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
