The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograps, who wanted in connection with an assault and murder, that occurred within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.


Details are as follows.
It was reported to the New York City Police Department (NYPD) that on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at approximately 1340 hours, inside of 2035 Newbold Avenue, an unidentified individual discharged a firearm multiple times.
As a result, a 19-year-old male victim sustained a gunshot wound to the chest, and a 31-year-old male victim sustained a gunshot wound to the arm.
EMS responded and transported both victims to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where the 19-year-old was listed in critical but stable condition, and the 31-year-old male was listed in stable condition.
Later, the 19-year-old victim succumbed to his injuries.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the below described incident has been deemed a homicide by the Chief Medical Examiner.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

The individual is described as an adult male, Hispanic, with a medium-dark skin complexion, approximately 20 years of age, with a medium build, approximately 5’4″ tall, with brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and black shoes.
