Alexander Williams, 24 & Wydeen Rudd, 21, Arrested For The Murder Of Tylee Felder, 24

On Tuesday, September 08, 2020, at approximately 1640 hours, police responded to a 911 call of multiple people shot in front of 456 DeKalb Avenue within the confines of 79^th Precinct / PSA 3 in Brooklyn.

Upon arrival, police discovered three individuals shot.

Victim #1, a 24-year-old male, was shot in the head and removed to New York-Presbyterian Methodist Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head in critical condition

Victim #2, a 24-year-old male, was shot in the chest and removed to New York-Presbyterian Methodist in stable condition.

Victim #3, a 23-year-old male, was shot in the leg and removed to NYC Health + Hospitals / Bellevue Hospital in stable condition.

On Wednesday, September 09, 2020, Victim #1 succumbed to his injuries.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 24-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, December 28, 2020, at 1605 hours within the confines of the 77^th Precinct in Brooklyn.

attempted murder (2 counts);
criminal possession of a weapon – loaded firearm (2 counts).

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 21-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, February 08, 2020, at 1200 hours, within the confines of the 79^th Precinct in Brooklyn.

The investigation remains ongoing.
