Cops are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl, who was last seen at her family’s apartment in Mott Haven.

Briana Hamlet disappeared from her home on 143^rd Street sometime after 10 p.m. on Aug. 24, police said. She was last seen wearing a navy blue skirt, green T-shirt and green shoes.

Police said she is 5-foot-7, with black hair and weighs 179 pounds.
