On Monday, July 29, 2024, at approximately 1952 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious aided at E. 176 Street and Mohegan Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 39-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the head.
EMS responded and pronounced the victim deceased on scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
