On Wednesday, August 11, 2021, at approximately 1911 hours, police responded to a call of an assault inside 2298 Creston Avenue, Apartment 11, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 20-year-old male with three gunshot wounds, lying unconscious and unresponsive inside the hallway of the location.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 29-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, September 13, 2021, at 1045 hours, within the confines of the 46th Precinct.

- criminal possession of a weapon: loaded firearm.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
