The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance locating the following three persons, who were reported missing from within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that the missing individuals, a mother Rihanna Joyner and her two twin children, Anais & Versaille Swinson, were last seen on Thursday, January 26, 2023, at approximately 2347 hours, leaving their residence.

This missing mother is described as a 17-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’06” tall, weighing 120 lbs.

Anais & Versaille Swinson

The missing children are described as 2-month-old baby girls, Black, twins.
