The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person who resides in the confines of the 43^rd Precinct in Bronx.

The details are as follows.

Missing:

Richard Macklin
2211 Turnbull Avenue
Bronx, NY 10473

It was reported to police that Richard Macklin was last seen at his residence on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 2200 hours. He is described as a 28-year-old male, Black, 5’5” and 160 lbs.
