Objection to Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered on July 2, 2014.

I, the undersigned Everton Sterling, objects to the schedule public auction at the Bronx County Courthouse, 851 Grand Concourse, Room 600, Bronx, NY 10451 on the 15th day of September, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. or thereafter, premises Beginning at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Hammersley Avenue with the westerly side of Gunther Avenue; being a plot 89.90 feet by 45.01 feet by 92.14 feet by 45.01 feet. Said premises known as 1719 Hammersley Avenue, Bronx, NY 10469. Tax account number: SBL #: 4769-26. Plaintiff failed to state a claim Wherein relief can be granted; Objection also to the fictitious lien amount of $102,160.67 plus interest and costs. Plaintiff and its attorneys are in default. I object to any sale of Premises subject to provisions of filed judgment and terms of sale. Any further action by Plaintiff (Heddyeh P. Broumand, Esq., Referee, Law Office of Jason Chang, Esq., Attorney(s) for Plaintiff) will establish prima facia evidence of Trespass slander and theft of property.

Anyone with any proof, personal knowledge or claim to rebut this notice of objection has 30 (thirty) days to bring forth their claim signed under his/her full commercial liability under penalty of perjury by a living man or this Rebuttal/Objection stands as Law.
