On Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at approximately 1534 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) police officers responded to a 911 call of two (2) males, assaulted in the vicinity of Davidson Avenue and West Tremont Avenue, within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers located a 32-year-old male with a stab wound to the chest and a 33-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the torso.
EMS responded and transported both victims to St. Barnabas Hospital, where the 32-year-old male succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased.
The 33-year-old male is listed in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
