The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 120th Precinct in Staten Island.
Details are as follows.
Missing:
Quamir Carter
58 Barker Street
Staten Island, NY 10310
It was reported to police that Quamir Carter was last seen on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at approximately 1700 hours, inside of his residence.
The missing is described as a 14-year-old male, Black, approximately 4’06” tall, weighing 100 lbs., with a thin build, dark complexion, brown eyes and black hair in cornrows.
On his left forearm he has a tattoo that says “Q Grizzly” and on his right forearm he has a tattoo that says “Loyalty.”
He was last seen wearing a red and white “Tommy Hilfiger” jacket, gray sweatpants and black and red “Jordan” sneakers.
