The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 73rd Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Phyllis Rumph
421 Chester Street
Brooklyn, NY 11212
It was reported to the police that Phyllis Rumph was last seen Tuesday, October 06, 2020, at 0930 hours, inside of her residence.
The missing is described as a 57-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’2″ tall, weighing 180 lbs., with black eyes and black hair.
