A group of Bronx residents wants to roll out Citi Bike service in the borough, according to a new petition that has garnered more than a hundred signatures to make it happen.

“Citi Bike is a more affordable transportation,” says Erwin Figueroa, of Transportation Alternatives. “Citi Bike is cheaper than a monthly MetroCard.”

Citi Bike memberships cost $150 a year.
