On Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at approximately 1816 hours, the following 46-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 73^rd Precinct in Brooklyn.

Arrested:

Paul Fabien
NYPD – School Safety Agent

Charges:

criminal mischief;
harassment 2^nd.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
