On Monday, January 20, 2020, at approximately 0535 hours, the following 41-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged, in the confines of the 102 Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI;
- refusal to take breathalyzer test.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
