On Monday, February 10, 2020, at 1015 hours, the following 32-year-old female off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 75^th Precinct in Brooklyn.

NYPD Police Communications Technician

Charges:

torture / injure / not feed of animal

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
