On Friday, August 23, 2024, at 2335 hours, the following 30-year-old female off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in he confines of the 1 Precinct in Manhattan.

Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI – alcohol;
- refusal to take breath test.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
