On February 28, 2020, at approximately 1345 hours, the following 32-year-old male off-duty New York City Employee was arrested within the confines of the 103 precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- assault;
- criminal mischief.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
