On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at approximately 2313 hours, the following 34-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- assault in the 3rd degree;
- robbery in the 2nd degree;
- harassment in the 2nd degree;
- strangulation in the 2nd degree;
- endangering the welfare of a child in the 2nd degree;
- criminal possession of stolen property in the 5th degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
