On Monday, June 05, 2023, at approximately 1826 hours, the following 59-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 72nd Precinct in Brooklyn.

Charges:
- assault;
- harassment;
- endangering the welfare of a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
