To Omar R. North, the above named respondent:

Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed in the above entitled special proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: the Respondent, whose last known address was 2317 Morris Avenue, Bronx, New York 10468, is a tenant in common of land in North Carolina and this proceeding is to sell that land for partition.

You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than the 7^th day of August, 2023, said date being 40 days from the first publication of this notice, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
