NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION

IN RE: LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ETHEL M. LEWIS

TO: Charles E. Lewis, Jr.

Take notice that a pleading seeking relief against you has been filed with the Harnett County Superior Court on October 29, 2018 in the above-entitled proceeding. The nature of the relief being sought is as follows:  

That the court enter a declaratory judgment setting forth the rights and duties of the interested parties with regard to the Last Will and Testament of Ethel M. Lewis.

You are required to make defense to such pleading not later than December 19, 2018, and upon your failure to do so the party seeking service against you will apply to the court for the relief sought.
