  .PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a petition for an order approving and allowing the adoption of an adoptive child whose name is AVA who is alleged to be your daughter, together with an agreement to adopt and consents to the adoption pursuant to the Domestic Relations Law, has been filed with the Family Court of the State of New Yorkm Suffolk County, located at 400 Carleton Avenue, Central Islip, New York, and a gearing thereon** will be held at the Court on the 11th day of July, 2017, at 10:00 o’clock in the morning, of that day, before the Hon. Caren Loguerico, Part 8 of this Court, at which time and place all persons having interest therein will be heard.
