On Thursday, August 05, 2021, at 0550 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious individual inside of 37-06 82nd Street, within the confines of the 115 Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 65-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, laying on his back in an office, with trauma to his torso and face.
EMS also responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 64-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Monday, August 09, 2021, at 0815 hours, within confines of the 115th Precinct.

- murder;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
