On Thursday, May 28, 2020, at approximately 1958 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person stabbed at 861 Tinton Avenue within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers determined that a 37-year-old male was stabbed in the abdomen.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln where he was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation the following individual was arrested on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 0930 hours within the confines of the 40th Precinct.

- criminal possession of a weapon.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
