On Monday, August 31, 2020, at 1709 hours, police responded to a 911 of a male shot in front of 363 Halsey Street in the confines of the 81st Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival police discovered a 62-year-old male was shot in the torso. He was removed to NYC Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 39-year-old male individual was arrested and charged for a homicide the same day and within the confines of the 81st Precinct.
