A missing Upper West Side woman with dementia was found unharmed in a Bronx hospital, police said Wednesday.

Debreh Gilbert, 63, was with her husband inside a Rite Aid pharmacy on Broadway Saturday when she wandered off. Her husband, Scott Kegelman, realized she was gone after waiting in line to pick up her medication.

Kegelman frantically drove around the neighborhood looking for Gilbert before contacting the NYPD.

Officials released her photo to the public during the weekend and she was found in St. Barnabus Hospital Wednesday afternoon.

It was not immediately clear how she ended up in Bronx.

Kegelman described Gilbert as a “firebrand” who loves motorcycles and dedicated much of her life to improving conditions for patients at local hospitals.
