A missing Bronx man with Alzheimer’s disease has been found safe.

Police issued a silver alert Monday for Carlos Melendez, also known as “Tio Carlos,” after he took off from Bronx Lebanon Hospital.

The 79-year-old had been admitted to the hospital over the weekend after having an emotional outburst.
