A woman was running near Southern Boulevard and E. Fordham Road in the Belmont neighborhood of the bronx at about 07:00 p.m. on Monday, when a 22-year-old man came up and grabbed her buttocks.
The man then tried to grab the woman’s chest but left the scene before he could.
