A man was gunned down in a Bronx public housing project Friday night, police said.
Darin Capehart, 25, was found by officers with multiple gunshot wounds in the lobby of a building within the Forrest Houses around 9:15 p.m.
A 27-year-old man, who was not otherwise identified, was also shot several times. He was hit in the legs and back and taken to Lincoln Hospital in stable contain.
Capehart was rushed to the same hospital and pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made and police said the investigation is ongoing.
The motive for the shooting was still unclear. Capehart lived in a different building within the South Bronx complex.
