The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating an individual who is wanted in connection to a robbery which occurred within the confines of the 50 precinct / Transit District # 3. A photograph of the individual is attached and available at DCPI.
Details are as follows:
It was reported to police that on Sunday, May 27, 2018 at approximately 08:00 a.m., a 28 year-old male victim was sleeping on board the southbound #1 train at the West 225th Street and Broadway subway station, when he noticed that his pants pocket was cut and his wallet removed. The wallet contained an undetermined amount of cash, a debit card and assorted credit cards. The individual was observed using the victim’s debit card at a local fast food restaurant.
The individual is John Calhoun, male black, 26 years old, 6’2″ tall, 200 lbs.; last seen wearing a green winter cap, a black jacket and blue jeans.
