Allstate Insurance Agency, located in the Williamsbridge section of Bronx, is seeking a motivated, energetic and experienced Licensed Insurance Sales Producer to become a part of a fast paced and growing agency team. Prior Allstate experience preferable but not necessary.
Are you interested in unlimited earning potential? This is a salaried position, commensurate with experience, plus the ability to earn more depending on your skill and effort to sell.
The right candidate must be/have:
- licensed in Insurance Sales: Property/Casualty License necessary;
- Life/Accident/Health License a plus;
- strong English communication skills, both verbal and written;
- bilingual in Spanish a must;
- excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude with strong work ethics;
- proven success in sales.
Duties to include:
- calling prospective and/or existing clients to review their insurance needs;
- preparing and quoting insurance proposals for clients;
- selling new business via cold calling, cross-selling and prospecting to achieve agency goals;
- developing marketing strategies to increase sales;
- networking to build a referral program;
- customer service to include payments, quotes, ID cards, etc.
