New York City Police Department Commanding Officer of Patrol Borough Bronx, Assistant Chief Kenneth Lehr, briefed the media in regard to a homicide and a police involved shooting, which occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following individuals, 22 and 32 respectively, have been arrested.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
