On Wednesday, September 09, 2021, at 1500 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious child inside of an apartment at 420 E.169th Street (Webster Houses), within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered an unconscious 1-year-old male in the bedroom.
EMS transported the child to Bronx Care Health System, where he was pronouced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 23-year-old male individual was arrested and charged as follows.

Charges:
- murder;
- sexual abuse;
- manslaughter;
- aggravated sexual abuse.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
