The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 114th Precinct / PSA 9 in Queens.

Queens, NY 11106

It was reported to the police that Juanita Dejesus was last seen on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, at 1700 hours, inside of her residence, located in the Ravenswood Houses.

The missing is described as a 94-year-old female, Hispanic, approximately 5’01” tall, weighing 118 lbs., with a slim build, medium complexion, gray hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a long, gray dress.
