The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 104th Precinct in Queens.

2054 Gates Avenue
Brooklyn, NY 11385
It was reported to police that the missing was last seen on Monday, November 15, 2021, in the vicinity of 2054 Gates Avenue, at approximately 0600 hours.
The missing is described as a 34-year-old male, White, approximately 5’09” tall, weighing 160 lbs., with brown eyes, brown hair and with a beard.
He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, blue sweatpants and black slippers.
