On Saturday, December 11, 2021, at approximately 2259 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 1382 Washington Avenue, Morris Houses, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct / PSA 7 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police observed in front of 1385 Washington Avenue a 37-year-old male with gunshot wounds to his face, chest and both legs.
EMS also responded and transported the male to BronxCare Health System, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
