The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the female in the attached photograph who resides within the confines of the 68th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Details are as follows.

Brooklyn, NY 11219
Jocelyn Torres was last seen on Monday, April 20, 2020, at her residence, at approximately 1400 hours.
The missing is described as a 14-year-old female, Hispanic, approximately 5″1″, 160 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings and a gray sweater.
