On Friday, June 02, 2023, at 1822 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 3329 Olinville Avenue in the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered an 18-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 18-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 1400 hours, within the confines of the 47th Precinct.

- manslaughter;
- aggravated manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
