The re-opening of one of the city’s oldest bridges has been delayed yet again.
The High Bridge connecting Bronx and Manhattan will stay closed until the end of the year.
A $61 million renovation of the bridge began in 2012.
It was originally scheduled to be completed by the end of last year, then rescheduled for this summer.
City officials blame the recent severe winter weather and more construction work for the latest delay.
High Bridge was closed for safety reasons in the 1970s.
