The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance ascertaining the identity of an unidentified male, found within the confines of the 44 lth Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at approximately 1519 hours, at the north west corner of Exterior Street and Depot Place, an unidentified individual was found floating in the water unresponsive.
EMS responded to the scene and pronounced the individual deceased.
The individual is described as an adult male, Black, approximately 60 years of age.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
