The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the three individuals depicted in the attached surveillance photos in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 45 Precinct. Details are as follows:

On Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at approximately 1857 hours, in front of 3250 Westchester Avenue, three unidentified individuals approached the 19-year-old male victim, at which time individual #1 did brandish a box cutter and slashed him on the left forehead and left side of neck, causing the victim to fall to the ground. Once the victim was on the ground, individuals #2 and #3 kicked and punched the victim with closed fists about the body. The victim was removed to Einstein Hospital by private means with lacerations to the left forehead and neck and abrasions to his right wrist and knee. He is in stable condition. The individuals fled the location in an unknown direction. They are described as follows:

  • Individual #1: male, black, approximately 16 years old, 5’8″, 180 lbs., with puffed out black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, light blue shorts, and yellow sneakers.
  • Individual #2: male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8″, 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black track pants, gray sneakers, and a blue du-rag.
  • Individual #3: male, Hispanic, approximately 5’6″, 180 lbs., medium build, with a short black afro. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, and black sneakers.
