The New York City Police Department is asking the public’s assistance identifying the three individuals depicted in the attached surveillance video in connection to an assault that occurred within the confines of the 42 Precinct of Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Monday, September 16, 2019 at 0320 hours, in front of 4370 White Plains Road, an one of the three unknown individuals threw a piece of fruit toward the 67-year-old male victim, who was inside of the location. The victim then came outside of the location when the same unknown individual who threw the piece of fruit punched the victim in the face before fleeing. The victim was taken to an area hospital with injuries to his face and head as a result of this incident.
