The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance identifying the male depicted in the attached photo and video for an assault that occurred within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in Bronx.
The details are as follows.
It was reported to the police that on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at 1900 hours, inside of 52 W. Kingsbridge Road (Osvaldo’s Barbershop), a 2-year-old male was seated near the store window and getting his haircut when an unknown individual with a baseball bat walked towards the store’s glass window. He then swung the baseball bat causing the window to break. Pieces of shattered glass window fell on top of the victim causing lacerations to the back of his head. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.
The victim was transported to Montefiore Hospital where he was treated for his injuries.
