The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the following individual wanted for questioning in connection to an assault within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in Bronx.

The following has been reported to police.

On Saturday, January 18, 2020, at approximately 1550 hours, inside of 1078 Boston Road, (restaurant) an unknown male entered the location and approached the 78-year-old male employee who was standing behind the counter.

The individual punched the victim in the face with his fist and fled the location on foot to parts unknown.

The victim suffered pain and bruising but refused medical attention at the scene.

The individual wanted for questioning in this incident is described as a male, Black, 20-30 years of age, he was last seen wearing all dark clothing.
