The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual depicted in the attached surveillance photo who is wanted for questioning in connection to an assault (non-fatal shooting) that occurred within the confines of the 41 Precinct in Bronx.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, January 11, 2019, at approximately 2100 hours, at the intersection of Fox Street and E. 163 Street, an unidentified individual produced a firearm and discharged one round, striking a 29-year-old male who was walking on the sidewalk at the location.
The victim was removed to NYC Health & Hospitals / Lincoln by private means.
The unidentified individual fled the location northbound on Fox Street in a maroon sedan.
