It was reported to the police that June 13, 2019, at 0645 hours, a group of males were hanging out in front of 2430 Lyvere Street in the 45th Precinct in the Bronx, when a 55 year-old male had a dispute with one of the individuals.
During the course of the argument the individual punched the victim in the face which caused him to fall the ground and struck his head. The victim suffered a serious head injury and was removed Jacobi Hospital by EMS.
The individual is described as an adult male, Black or Hispanic, approximately 6’2” tall, weighing 180 lbs..
He was wearing a black-and-white “Nike” tracksuit, black sneakers, and a black baseball cap with a gold colored eagle gold embroidery around its brim.
