The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with an assault, which occurred within the confines of the 46th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Monday, March 29, 2021 at 1145 hours, in front of 4 E. Burnside Avenue, the victim, a 61-year-old male, was approached by an unidentified male, who punched him in the face. The victim was knocked to the ground and rendered unconscious.

EMS responded and transported the victim in stable condition to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was treated for a laceration to his lip and pain and swelling to his head.

The unidentified male boarded an eastbound BX40 Bus in the immediate vicinity of the incident location.
